Willard V. Dennis

Willard V. Dennis, 89 of Zanesville formerly
of Glouster, passed away Monday August 4, 2008
at his residence. Born April 15, 1919 in
Corning, he was the son of the late James and
Mary Smith Dennis. He was a member of the
Zanesville V.F.W.

He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Jordan
Dennis of Zanesville; one son, J.P. Dennis of
West Virginia; one grandson, J.P. Dennis Jr.;
and two nephews, Leslie and Alvin Dennis, both
of Glouster.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death
by six brothers, Roy, Raymond, Leonard,
Chester, Charles, and Henry Dennis; and two
sisters, Laura and Sylvia Dennis.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on
Wednesday August 6, 2008 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.
Interment will be in the Beechgrove Cemetery,
Perry County where a military graveside
service will be conducted by the Combined
Color Guard Unit. Friends may call at the
funeral home on Wednesday from 12 to 2 p.m.
