Steven R. Handa

Steven R. Handa, 74 of Glouster passed away Sunday May 19, 2024, at his residence.  He was born September 21, 1949, in Corning. 

He is survived by a son, Steven (Deanna) Handa II of California; two daughters, Angela (Darrin) Eaves of California and Rebecca (Jesse) Bingman of Glouster; grandchildren, Ryan Santos, Corissa Walton, Gabrielle Terrell, Emmett Watson, Rachel Terrell, Peyton Eaves, Evan Eaves, Maggie Ray Bingman and Nehemiah Cole Bingman; nine great grandchildren; and two brothers, Neil (Diana) Handa and Michael Handa.

He was preceded in death by his father, James W. Handa; his mother, Juanita Chappelear Clark; his wife, Rebecca Handa; two sisters, Monna Gayle Handa and Jennifer Lynn Bailey; three brothers, Edward, Kenneth, and Curtis Handa.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday May 23, 2024, at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Pastor Len Martin officiating.  Interment will be in East Branch Cemetery, Morgan County.  Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 p.m. until the time of service.  A message of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting the tribute wall at www.morrisonfc.com.
