Sherry R. (Dixon) Uhlig

Sherry R. Uhlig, 60 of Glouster passed away Wednesday May 28, 2025 at her residence. She was born December 21, 1964 in Nelsonville.  She was a member of the Glouster Eagles and enjoyed fishing at Burr Oak.

She is survived by her husband, Paul R. Uhlig of Glouster; a daughter, Janet R. (Joshua P. Rathburn) Uhlig of Glouster; her mother, Janet M. Dixon of Glouster; grandchildren, Anthony Uhlig, Jade Rathburn, Owen Blake, Patrick Gehlauf, and Harlow Hook; a sister, Tina M. Dixon of Glouster; a niece, Sabrina Dixon of Glouster; and her mother-in-law, Hilda Uhlig of New York.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles W. Dixon; a sister, Vicki Dixon; and father-in-law, Robert Uhlig.

Sherry’s wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services observed.  Contributions in Sherry’s memory can be made to the Glouster Fraternal Order of Eagles #468, 80 ½ High Street, Glouster, Ohio 45732.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel.  A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
