Ruth Swaro Obituary

Ruth L. Swaro, 86 of Glouster passed away
Monday November 9, 2009 at O'Bleness Memorial
Hospital, Athens. Born November 8, 1923 in
Glouster, she was the daughter of the late
Raymond and Augusta Hall Roberts. She was a
1941 graduate of Hollister High School. She
was a nurse at Mount Saint Mary's Hospital of
Nelsonville for ten years and also worked for
Burr Oak Lodge. She was also employed by the
Croswell Bus Company where she organized bus
trips to the central and southern states.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Eric "Rick"
Swaro Sr. of Columbus; one daughter, Connie
Rae (Kim) Cooper of Groveport; four
grandchildren, Anissa (Steve) Fuller of
Dover, Bradley Kyle Mingus of Jacksonville,
Joseph Eric "Rick" (Elizabeth) Swaro Jr. of
Powell, and Kimberly (Rob) Williamson of
Reynoldsburg; 12 great grandchildren, Jeremy
and Justin Sharp, Cameron Williamson, Michael
and Cade Fuller, Kyle, Jacob, and Joshua
Mingus, and Julia, Sophia, Maria, and Lila
Swaro; special cousins, Mary Keith and Maxine
Auer; special friends, Donna Ahle and Glen
Lowery.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death
by her husband, Joseph Earl Swaro who passed
away in 1982; and two brothers, Harold and
Wayne Roberts.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on
Thursday November 12, 2009 at the Bishopville
Church of Christ. Interment will be in the
Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster. Friends may
call at the Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-
Bishopville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to
