Rodney L. Antle

Rodney L. Antle, 71 of Glouster passed away
Monday November 16, 2009 at his residence.
Born December 25, 1937 in Athens County, he
was the son of the late Chester E. and Lucille
Y. Gifford Antle. He was an army veteran and
an avid fisherman.

He is survived by two brothers, Ernest D.
(Ann) Antle of Glouster and Phillip Steven
Antle of Athens; one sister, Sharon E. (Kurt)
Smith of Glouster; two nephews, Kurt Smith Jr.
and Justin Antle; one niece, Angela Smith; two
great nephews and two great nieces; and he was
blessed with several friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death
by one sister, Patricia J. Smith and a brother-
in-law, Gerald Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on
Thursday November 19, 2009 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.
Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery,
Glouster. Friends may call at the funeral
home from 12 p.m. until the time of service.
