Robert R. Cunningham

Robert R. Cunningham, 67, of Glouster passed away Saturday August 15, 2026, at his residence. Born August 11, 1959, in Columbus, he was the son of the late John C. and Edna I. Tippie Cunningham. Bob was the owner and operator of Cunningham Builders. He attended Cornerstone Harvest Church in Hollister. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family.

He is survived by children, April (Andy) McCloud of Glouster, Brenda (Cody) Parker of Glouster, and Robert R. (Angie) Cunningham Jr. of Inez, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jonathon, Isiah, Caitlyn, Mykayla, Shaun, Kaylee, Skyla, Brightin, Brandon, Blaze, Carsen, and Aerial; a great granddaughter, Madeline; sisters, Tracey Cunningham of Marion, Tammy Smith of Glouster, Shelby Cornette of Inez, Kentucky; brothers, Jimmy Cunningham of Corpus Christi, Texas, Rodney Cunningham of Columbus, and Jason Cunningham of Glouster; and his dogs, Remington and Gibson.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Ella Dillon Cunningham; second wife, Mary Ferguson; brothers, Johnny and Kevin Cunningham; and an infant son.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday August 21, 2026, at the Cornerstone Harvest Church in Hollister with Pastor Linda Berry officiating.  Visitation will take place at the church on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of service.  Contributions can be made to Morrison Funeral Chapel, 6525 State Route 78, Glouster, Ohio 45732 to assist with final expenses.  A message of comfort may be sent to the family by visiting www.morrisonfc.com.
