Robert Buckman Obituary

Robert H. "Bob" Buckman, 64 of Columbus,
formerly of Glouster passed away Sunday
January 21, 2007 at his residence. He was
born January 1, 1943 in Hollister. He was the
son of the late William and Ruth Buckman. He
retired from the Glouster Water and Electric
Department and is a Vietnam Army Veteran. He
was a member of the V.F.W. Post #495 in
Columbus.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years,
Debbie Muncy Buckman of Columbus, formerly of
Jacksonville; 2 sons, Shaun and Matthew
Buckman; 1 daughter, Jessica Buckman and
friend Alex; 3 grandchildren, his little buddy
Noah, and twins Madison and Abbigail; 3
brothers, Jackie, Hap, and Gerold Buckman; a
host of nieces and nephews; and 2 special,
loving friends, Bob and Linda Hawkins of
Columbus.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death
by a sister, Glenna Coffman, and a brother,
Bill Buckman.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on
Thursday at the Morrison Funeral Chapel,
Glouster-Bishopville. Interment will be in
the Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster where there
will be a military graveside service conducted
by the Combined Color Guard Unit. Friends may
call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6
