Michael R. Wilson, 57 of Glouster passed away
Tuesday August 14, 2007 at his residence. He
was born August 18, 1949 in Middletown, Ohio.
He was a Marine Veteran who served during the
Vietnam Era and a member of the Murray City
American Legion Post 420.
He is survived by his parents, Roger C. and
Mary I. Sorrell Wilson of Jackson; 3
daughters, Heather (P.K.) Moore of
Nelsonville, Faith (Sonny) Cain of Glouster,
and Charity (Mike Hankinson) Wilson of
Glouster; 6 grandchildren, Katie (Travis
Wendell) Wilson, Tyler and Cody Moore,
Cassidy, Kylee, and Kayla Cain; 1 unborn
grandson; 1 great granddaughter, Hannah
Wendell; one unborn great granddaughter; 1
brother, Greg (Margaret) Wilson of Tennessee;
2 nephews, Colin and Jerrod Wilson; special
friends Paulette Woods of New Lexington, and
Vicki Buckalew of Lancaster.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents,
Clifford and Sarah Wilson and John and Nancy
Sorrell.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on
Saturday August 18, 2007 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.
Interment will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery,
Nelsonville where there will be a military
graveside service conducted by the Combined
Color Guard Unit. Friends may call at the
funeral home on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. A
