Kenneth Montoney

Kenneth E. Montoney, 70 of Glouster passed away Thursday June 20, 2024, at his residence.  Born December 20, 1953, in Cambridge, Ohio, he was the son of the late Alva Ross and Dorothy Adams Montoney.  He was a retired firefighter for the City of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Rucker Montoney; a daughter, Kendra (Jeremy) Montoney-Smith; stepchildren, Taylor Weaver, Kayla Russell, Madison Russell, Jared Russell, and Jordan Russell; grandchildren, Kyler Montoney, Olivia Smith, Alaina Smith, and Trysten Smith; a very special step granddaughter, Ivy Weaver; two brothers, Larry and David Montoney; and a sister, Donna Montoney-Wright.

A cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.  A message of comfort may be sent to the family at www.morrisonfc.com.
