Kathy Jean Ballantine

Kathy Jean Ballantine, 49 of Lehigh Acres,
Fl., formerly of Glouster passed away Sunday
March 29, 2009 in Cape Coral, Fl. Born
September 24, 1959 in Nelsonville, she was the
daughter of the late Jack and Violet Gilmore
Lewis. She graduated from Trimble High
School, and then moved to Southwest Florida
where she resided for 31 years, attended the
Crossroads Baptist Church of East Fort Myers,
Fl., and was formerly employed by the Bass Pro
Shop in shipping and receiving.

She is survived by her husband, Michael
Ballantine of Lehigh Acres, Fl.; three sons,
Brad (Amber), Brian (Jessica) and Kevin
Ballantine all of Lehigh Acres, Fl.; three
brothers, David Lewis of Malta, John Lewis of
Fort Myers, Fl., and Charles Lewis of Tampa,
Fl.; three sisters, Sharon (Dana) Buckley,
Linda (Richard) Dixon, and Susan (Paul) Moore,
all of Glouster; three grandchildren, Owen,
Trinity, and Aubry; and several nieces and
nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10
a.m. on Wednesday April 1, 2009 at the
Crossroads Baptist Church, Fort Myers, Fl. A
graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on
Saturday April 4, 2009 at the Maplewood
Cemetery, Glouster. Arrangements are by the
Morrison Funeral Chapel, Glouster-
