Joseph E. Giffen

Joseph E. Giffen, 43 of Glouster passed away
Sunday September 14, 2008 in Nelsonville.
Born November 12, 1964 in Chillicothe, he was
the son of the late Joseph E. Sr. and Wilma L.
Stires Giffen. He was employed by the Mid-
Ohio Tree Service in Lancaster.

He is survived by one brother, Lennie E.
(Laura Spears) Giffen of Glouster; two
sisters, Luerna (Terry) Spears of Glouster and
Paula Giffen of Lucasville; a special aunt,
Jayne Kirkbride of Nelsonville; three nephews;
three nieces; and one great nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on
Thursday September 18, 2008 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with
Pastor Steve Rauch officiating. Interment
will be in the Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield.
Friends may call at the funeral home on
Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A
