John A. Wright Sr., 56, of Glouster passed
away Tuesday February 8, 2005 at his
residence. He was born Febraury 7, 1949 in
Athens County.
He was a member of the Jacksonville Eagles
#1034 and Jacksonville VFW Post 9866.
He is survived by his mother Wanda K. (Hogue)
Wright and special friend Robert (Preach)
McClelland of Murray City, 2 sons; John Alan
Wright Jr. of Columbus and Jeffrey Alan Wright
of the home, 1 daughter; Brandy (Chuck)
Coulter of Byesville, 3 grandchildren, Hunter
Wright, Jeffrey Wright Jr. and Charly Dawn
Coulter, 1 sister; Joyce (Robert) Potts of
Westerville, 1 brother; James (Dianne) Wright
of Glouster, several nieces and nephews to
whom he was very close, and a special friend
Shiela (Pink) Barnhart.
He was preceded in death by his wife Candy
Wright, his father Pearl Wright, and a brother
Jerry Wright.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on
Friday February 11, 2005 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.
Interment will be in the Dew Cemetery, Perry
County. Friends may call at the funeral home
