John Carroll

John P. Carroll, 48 of Jacksonville passed
away Monday January 21, 2008 at Doctor's West
Hospital, Columbus. He was born July 26, 1959
in Clarksburg, WV. John loved spending time
with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Candace L. Hane
Carroll of Jacksonville; his mother, Mary E.
Criss Carroll of Shinnston, WV; 3 sons, R.
Sean (Denise) Brooks of Trimble, Jonathan W.
(Courtney Metcalf) Carroll of Cleveland, and
Cody L. Carroll of the home; 2 daughters,
Tabatha D. Carroll of Bowling Green, and
Robbin M. Carroll of the home; 2
grandchildren, Quinton A. Brooks, and Alexis
C. Carroll; 2 brothers, William H. (Rejeana)
Carroll of Glouster and Donald W. (Sherry)
Carroll of Shinnston, WV; and 2 sisters, Mary
C. (Ed) Strawser of Ashville, OH and Pamela J.
(David) Harvey of Mannington, WV.

He was preceded in death by his father,
William J. Carroll; and 2 brothers, Gary L.
and Charles A. Carroll.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on
Friday January 25, 2008 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville.
Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery,
Glouster. Friends may call at the funeral
home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
