Jeffrey L. Neel Sr.

Jeffrey L. Neel Sr., 45 of New Lexington
formerly of Glouster passed away Sunday May
24, 2009 at the Fairfield Medical Center,
Lancaster. Born April 6, 1964 in Athens, he
was the son of the late Ellsworth and Romona
Waldeck Neel. He was employed by Superior
Fibers in Bremen and attended Hemlock
Community Church.

He is survived by one son, Jeffrey L. Neel Jr.
of Glouster; three daughters, Elizabeth,
Amber, and Teresa Renee Neel all of Glouster;
two brothers, Les (Lori) Neel of Daytona
Beach, Fl. and Frank (Diane) Neel of Glouster;
three aunts, Roberta Buty, Grace Ferrell, and
Jessie Bernard; one uncle, Cecil (Rita) Neel;
nieces and nephews, Kelly, Dustin, Matthew,
Christopher, and Nicholas Neel; several
cousins; and a special friend, Sherry Johnson.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death
by six uncles, James Waldeck, Lester "Red"
Waldeck, Benny Neel, Ralph "Butch" Neel, Bob
Neel, and Bob Buty; and two aunts, Hazel Lui
and Marie Roof.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on
Saturday May 30, 2009 at the Morrison Funeral
Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Father Dave
Cornett officiating. Interment will be in The
Plains Cemetery. A comforting message may be
