Janice "Jane" Reece

Janice "Jane" Sue Reece, 62, of Glouster
passed away Friday June 2, 2006 at the
O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, Athens. Born
February 11, 1944 in Millfield, she was the
daughter of the late Raymond C. and Nellie F.
Mayles Phillips. She was the wife of the late
Eugene Reece. She retired from Goodwill
Industries in Cincinnati. She received an
Associates Degree in Office Administration
from Hocking College. She was pursuing her
Bachelor's Degree at Ohio University prior to
her illness. She was a member of the
Bishopville Church of Christ.

She is survived by 2 brothers, Damon Phillips
of Glouster and Jerry Phillips of Millfield; 2
sisters, Irene Cable of Glouster and Judy
Goodpaster of Hamilton; nieces and nephews;
great nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles;
several cousins; a special friend
Roger "Buddy" Dukeman and his wife Sue; and a
very special friend Betty Dunlevy, who has
been with her throughout her illness.

Besides her parents and husband, she was
preceded in death by a sister Eileen Gabriel.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
on Monday June 5, 2006 at the Bishopville
Church of Christ with John Wright
officiating. There will be a gathering of
family and friends immediately following the
service in the church social hall.
