James Pincelli Obituary

James R. Pincelli, 69 of Columbus, formerly of
Glouster passed away Thursday March 12, 2009
at the VA Medical Center in Cincinnati. He
was born June 19, 1939 in Chauncey. He was a
member of the Jacksonville VFW and the
Chauncey Amvets.

He is survived by three sons, Mario (Margaret
Spielberger) Pincelli, James K. (Lisa)
Pincelli, and Giovanni Pincelli, all of
Columbus; three grandchildren, James A., Gina
M., and Anthony M. Pincelli; one brother,
Kenneth (Hester) Pincelli of Pataskala; one
sister Judy (Mack) Wicks of Cuyahoga Falls;
and long time friends, George (Patty) Kempton
of Painesville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Mame
D. Pincelli; his mother, Betty H. Hitchings
Lewis; two sons, Gino and Giorgio Pincelli;
paternal grandparents, James and Maude
Pincelli and maternal grandparents, Ernest and
Edna Hitchings.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on
Tuesday March 17, 2009 at the Morrison Funeral
Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with John Wright
officiating. Inurnment will be in the
Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville where there
will be a military graveside service conducted
by the combined color guard unit. Family will
receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday
one hour prior to the service. Contributions
