Gregory Trent Coey

Gregory Trent Coey, 67 of Trimble passed away Wednesday August 6, 2025, at the Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster.  He was born on August 17, 1957, in Taylor Ridge, Glouster.  He retired from Ohio University.  Greg loved outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and gardening. He was known as a "jack of all trades" who could fix anything.

He is survived by his companion, Darla and son Jason Hanning; a son, Jeremy Coey; and brothers, Curt (Nancy) Coey, James “Zeke” (Vesta) Coey, and Kevin (Tina) Coey.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph E. Coey and his mother, Welma May Withem Coey Darby.
