Ella Bartlett Obituary

Ella E. Bartlett, 91, of Millfield, passed
away Thursday May 4, 2006 at her residence.
Born September 25, 1914 in Millfield, she was
the daughter of the late Frank and Justina Oja
Johnson. She was the wife of the late George
Bartlett who passed away in 1987. She was a
member of the Jacksonville Senior Citizens.

She is survived by 5 sons, James (Dian)
Bartlett of Huber Heights, John (Lucille)
Bartlett of Glouster, Paul Douglas (Charlotte)
Bartlett of Franklin, Terry (Sue) Bartlett of
New Carlisle, and Randy Bartlett of Millfield;
3 daughters, Delores (Joe) Knoth of Dayton,
Esther (Duke) Cunningham of Jacksonville, and
Juanita Bartlett (Gary Manos) of Dayton; 13
grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1
sister, Lillian Landis of Columbus; 2 sister-
in-laws, Faye Johnson and Arretta Bartlett.

Besides her parents and husband, she was
preceded in death by an infant son, Larry
Bartlett; 3 brothers, Francis, Emmett, and
William Johnson; and 5 sisters, Lempi
Korhonen, Inez Wisecup, Jenny Blake, Irene
Miller, and Sylvia DeLong.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Monday May 8, 2006 at the Morrison Funeral
Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Rev. Clyde
Boring officiating. Interment will be in the
Concord Cemetery, Ames Township. Friends may
call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 6
p.m. Contributions can be made to the
Appalachian Community Hospice, 30 Herrold
Ave., Athens, Ohio 45701. A comforting
