Elizabeth Harry Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Harry, age 62, of Stockport,
Ohio formerly of Marengo, passed away with her
family around her on July 19, 2008 at the Ohio
State University Medical Center. Ann was born
on February 2, 1946 in Delaware, Ohio to
parents Henry P. and Betty P. Burdette
Hughes. She was a 1964 graduate of Glouster
High School. On June 13, 1964, she married
her high school sweetheart, Gary Wayne Harry
of Oakdale, Ohio. Ann retired from Grady
Memorial Hospital in 1991, and moved to her
retirement home in Stockport where she lived
out her life around her family and the
beautiful Muskingum River. She loved to read,
garden, crochet, and tend to her wild birds.
Ann was a beloved wife, mother, and
grandmother.

Surviving Ann are her loving husband, Gary
Wayne Harry of Stockport; her mother, Betty
Hughes of Delaware; her children, Lisa Dawn
Harry and Crystal Deanne Harry, both of
Ashley, Gary Edward (Susan) Harry and
Jacqueline Sue (Harry) Miller both of
Stockport; her grandchildren, Makahla Nichole
Harry, Jacob Tyler Miller, Edward Scott Harry,
and Jared Landen Miller, all of Stockport; her
sisters, Loretta (John) McAllister of
Delaware, and Becky (Richard) Gustina of
Fresno; her brothers, Andy (Mary) Hughes of
Orient and Dick (Laura) Hughes of Jackson; as
well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and
friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry
Hughes of Delaware, Ohio who passed away in
1999.

A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m.
on Tuesday July 22, 2008 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Dean
Blackburn officiating. Friends may call at
the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 p.m. until
the time of service. A comforting message may
