Edwin Sayre Obituary

Edwin L. Sayre, 79, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was Born January 12, 1945, in Pontiac, MI, the son of the late Milford and Jessie Andrus Sayre. He was an Army Veteran serving in Vietnam and retired from Allied Trucking.

He is survived by a son, Chris Sayre of Huntington Beach, CA and nephews, Steve and Darrin Sayre.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Larry Sayre.

A cremation has taken place, and no services will be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morrison Funeral Chapel. A message of comfort may be sent to the family by visiting the tribute wall at www.morrisonfc.com.
