Dominick Jeffrey

Dominick L. Jeffrey, infant son of Dennis L.
Jeffrey and Amanda A. Johnson, of The Plains,
passed away Tuesday April 26, 2005 at the
O.S.U. Medical Center, Columbus.

He is survived by 4 sisters, Patience,
Madison, Olivia, and Jada Jeffrey, all of the
home; maternal grandparents, Marcia (Terry)
Simerly of McConnelsville, Terry (Kathy)
Johnson of Weston; paternal grandparents,
Jaynee (Jay) Tiell of Bowling Green, and
Dennis (Beth) Jeffrey of Toledo; maternal
great grandparents Charlie and Mary Jennice of
Glouster; paternal great grandparents, Ray and
Betty Brisenjo of Weston; and several aunts,
uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on
Saturday April 30, 2005 at the Morrison
Funeral Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Rev.
Earnest Perkins officiating. Interment will be
in the Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster. Friends
may call at the funeral home on Saturday from
11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
