David M. Skinner, 38 of Corning, passed away Wednesday March 18, 2026. He was born on January 16, 1988, in Zanesville. He was formerly employed at Kilbarger Construction in Logan. In addition to being a tattoo artist, he also created freehand drawings, wrote songs, and enjoyed fishing and camping.
He is survived by his mother Dorinda Bernard (Dave) West; father William (Pamela) Skinner; wife Caitlyn Boehm Skinner; two sons Dashaun and Grayson Skinner; two sisters Dorinda “Sis” Skinner and Sarah West; three brothers William (Crystal) Skinner Jr., Ronald (Heather) Skinner, and Lane West; and other extended family and best friend Greg Bernard.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a special cousin D.J. Bernard.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday March 22, 2026, at the Bishopville Church of Christ. Interment will be in the Beechgrove Cemetery, Perry County. Visitation will take place on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
