Amarilla Triphine Palmer, 75 of Glouster
passed away Wednesday June 13, 2007 at the
Doctor's West Hospital, Columbus. She was
born October 6, 1931 to the late
Charles "Clifford" and Alice Ann Riley
Morrison. She was the wife of the late Donald
M. Palmer who passed away in 1996.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Ramona P. Foss
of Glouster; 5 grandchildren, Jacqueline
(Leonard Freeland) Randolph, Maria (Ken)
Ballentine, and B. Shane Foss all of
Jacksonville, FL, Jamie Palmer of
Jacksonville, OH, and Vickie Russell of
Hebron, OH; 9 great grandchildren; 2 brothers,
Henry "Joe" Morrison of Columbus, and Gary C.
(Roberta) Doughty of Jacksonville, OH; a
daughter-in-law, Beverly Jenkins Palmer of
Glouster; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was
preceded in death by Andy and Daisy Morrison
Thompson who raised her; a son, James B.
Palmer; a step daughter, Carolyn J. Roberts
Bickley; 2 brothers, George William Morrison
and Jerry V. Morrison; 2 sisters, Louise
Killman and Mona Faye McKee; and an infant
sister.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on
Monday June 18, 2007 at the Morrison Funeral
Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with John Wright
officiating. Interment will be in the
Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster.
